I wonder if the SEC has ever said anything about CEO's posting in their blogs?
Here is an interesting article about a post from Sun Microsystems President Jonathan Schwartz. The article eludes; "Was Schwartz's blog stirring the pot or tipping his hand?".
I would hope that blogs are held as free speech.

It has been a while!
It has been a while since I have been here. I have been busy with my work and home life. My studying was put aside for a while. I have been spending time with my family and work.
Things have been interesting, but I am sticking it out.
