Wednesday was great. It was my first class. There were a couple of technical glitches, but not too bad. I also made a friend. She was the first person in the room and I was the second (I got there 1 hour early). She had to leave early for an appointment, so I shared my notes.
The method we are going to use to learn is to study previous cases. These cases embody what the law had said on certain issues. In order to remember these (and prep for the bar in a few years), we are to brief the cases. There are a few techniques on doing this, and I expect that I may be attempting more than one way.
I may even (although I need to be careful of my time) put the information into a topic map.
hrm... that would be neat! A topicmap of legal issues... (getting back to the geek agin :>).
In any event. I kind of slacked off the rest of this week. I was on vacation and I spent the last few days doing stuff around the house.
I start me official study (from 6 to 9) tomorrow.
