viewing law blogs as a vast amicus brief is an interesting article/commentary that speaks to the use of blogs by law professors and online discussion of cases pending before the courts for resolution. How should judges respond to the blogosphere?

This reminds me of one of my earlier posts in which I spoke of all of us contributing to the law.

I still would like to see all cases online with a topic map that sits on top of these cases so that people could navigate through the cases.

Well, I am between jobs right now, so back to it... (I am studying some new technology as well as performing a search).

Later,

I apologise, but, in my opinion, you are not right. I am assured. I can defend the position. Write to me in PM, we will communicate.

Hi, I would reply to you in PM, but I do not see the option to do so. This was an anonymous comment it appears.
